Find Your Transitional Home.

We are a leading provider of transitional housing and related services to help individuals establish independence. We operate as a recovery residence as well, so we have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol. Clients will find us to be an attractive option if they are recently released from a hospital stay, released from treatment or probation and need assistance transitioning back into daily life. We house our clients in a six bed house, located centrally in Fairfield, California.
